Start your French Quarter Fest day grounded, energized, and ready to move. This all-levels YEAH! YOGA flow at BK House blends breath, mobility, and feel-good movement to get you loose, lit up, and festival-ready.
YEAH! YOGA empowers youth affected by the juvenile justice system by bringing yoga and mindfulness to youth where they are, supporting their health, healing, and resilience to break the cycle and impact of Louisiana’s high incarceration rates.
The event will be in the ballroom at BK on Saturday, April 18 from 9 to 10 am. Tickets $15. Bringing a mat is encouraged, but some will be available. Tickets limited to 20.
